Mathematical Modeling of Nonlinear Dynamic Processes in Information Technologies of Mathematics
G. Vostrov, R. Opiata
The variety of unsolved mathematical problems is analyzed. It is shown that unsolved problems in the theory of numbers severely limit the further development of mathematical science in both theoretical and applied aspects. The foundations of experimental mathematics are formed as a tool for constructing information technologies in pure and applied number theory. On the basis of Artin’s hypothesis, a generalized hypothesis is formed and shown as a means of non-linear dynamical processes to obtain a sufficiently accurate solution of it

Method of Using Dual-Booting and Multi-Booting of Microsoft Windows Family Operating Systems on External System Drive
V. Kostogriz
Computer’s operating system in generally installed on its internal SSD (HDD). When user boot computer, the BIOS loads the boot loader from the internal SSD and the boot loader boots the installed operating system. A boot loader is a computer program that loads an operating system or some other system software for the computer after completion of the power-on self-tests. A boot loader is loaded into main memory from persistent memory. On modern general purpose computers, the boot up process can take tens of seconds, or even minutes, and typically involves performing a power-on self-test, locating and initializing peripheral devices, and then finding, loading and starting an operating system. Booting is complete when the normal, operative, runtime environment is attained. Dual-booting is a technique which allows a single physical computer to run two operating systems. Multi-booting allows to the common configuration of multiple operating systems on computer, and ability to choose which operating system to boot. I have Implemented method of using dual-booting and multi-booting based on the external SSD system drive.

Parameterized Archimedean Triangular Norm
R. Vorobel, O. Berehulyak
The use and construction of triangular norms as the basic part of logical connectives of fuzzy systems is considered. Herewith, the transformation of functions which use the Lambert W-function and its inverse is taken for the basis. To expand the functional characteristics of the constructed new triangular norm, its parametrization is applied. This provided a possible change in the hyper-surface of the triangular norm within wide limits. It is proved that the proposed function satisfies the requirements of such axioms as commutativity, associativity, monotonicity and boundary conditions. Proposed parameterized triangular norm is of a strict and Archimedean type.

Influence of Unique Words on the Performance of Corpus-Based Keyword Detection Methods
O. Kushnir, V. Yaremkiv, I. Dovhan, A. Kashuba
We study the performance of corpus-based key¬word detection methods, including TF-IDF, in a particular case when a text under investigation contains unique words, which are absent or rare in the other texts of corpus. The two points are subjects of our main attention, the quality of keyword list and propriety of the corresponding keyness scores, as well as criticality of the methods to small perturbations of the corpus. We conclude that a number of heuristically introduced TF-IDF-like measures compete quite successfully with TF-IDF in their performance but, on the other hand, they cannot cope with the problem of criticality of their scores inherent to the unique words

It is known that for the determination of mechanical, corrosive and tribological parameters, such terms as "roughness" and "waviness" are often used. Filtering in the frequency domain is used to extract these components from the total relief. In this paper, we propose an approach for determining the optimum value of the cut-off frequency for 2D Gaussian filter, for our method of retrieving the surface relief by three-step phase-shifting interferometry with an arbitrary phase shift of the reference beam.

Experimental and FEM Calculation of Spectral Characteristics of Near-surface Layers under the Seismic Station "Uzhgorod"
B. Kuplovskyi, T. Brych
The purpose of this work is to calculate theoretical transfer characteristics of the sedimentary layers under the seismic station of the Carpathian seismic network “Uzhgorod” by finite element method. These results will be used for comparison with the dynamic parameters of the near-surface layers obtained experimentally. Based on the correlation of the resonance properties obtained by these methods, the possibility of their use in regional seismological studies was substantiated. In this work, the simulation was carried out by solving the direct dynamic seismic problem by the finite element method. Using the developed wave field simulation technique, oscillations for models of the seismic section under the «Uzhgorod» station were investigated. According to the simulation results for this seismic station, theoretical spectral relations were calculated. The results obtained by the experimental and model methods showed identical behavior throughout the frequency range. According to these graphs, a stable source of noise within the city was allocated. The knowledge about the dynamic parameters of the upper sediment layers under the seismic station, which are the largest filter of oscillation frequencies in the spectral range, will allow more accurate interpretation of registered by this station occurrences. The calculated spectral ratios give a possibility to estimate the degree of environmental influence on station’s seismic signals recording, which will be the largest at frequencies corresponding to the received resonance maxima and minima. These results should be taken into account when evaluating the parameters of possible seismic effects on the territory.

We implement nonlinear fitting and select the best theoretical model for description of experimental data, basing on the programming language Java. This is achieved using the Levenberg–Marquardt algorithm and the bootstrapping for determining confidence intervals for the fitting parameters. The main technical procedures are illustrated on the temperature dependence of dielectric permittivity of non-stoichiometric LG crystals in their paraelectric phase. Our results confirm that the model incorporating a temperature-independent dielectric background and a normal spatial distribution of Curie points assumed for the case of diffused phase transitions can be used as a statistically significant hypothesis.

Properties of Anisotropic Interaction of the Incommensurate Superstructure as Described by Dziloshinsky’s Invariant
S. Sveleba, I. Katerynchuk, I. Kunyo, I. Karpa
BDF method was applied for calculation of phase portrait of incommensurate superstructure with the Dziloshinsky’s invariant. The Python language was used to create the correspond application. The value of the parameter of the anisotropic interaction is determined by the number of existing harmonics of the IC of the modulation wave. The contribution of anisotropic interaction in the dynamics of the IC superstructure grows if numbers of harmonics of the IC modulation are growing. According to the received attractors, this system is less stable at lower values of n.

The Development of Information Technology of Biometric Protection with an Image Filtration Based on Ateb-Gabor
M. Nazarkevych, Ya. Voznyi, H. Nazarkevych, I. Maslanych
An overview of the systems of biometric protection with image filtering is carried out. Dactyloscopic recognition method takes half of the market access systems. Filtering is based on the developed Ateb-Gabor filter. Good recognition rates are achieved by filtering the papillary lines texture. The best results can be obtained when the direction and frequency of papillary lines are taken into account. For this biometric image is subject to adaptive alignment of histograms, calculation of the local orientation of the image, image frequency and filtration of the Ateb-Gabor. The generalized Ateb-Gabor filter, based on periodic Ateb-functions and Gabor filters, is developed. Ateb-Gabor filtering allows you to use more flexible and multivariate image management. This will allow you to apply many changes to one image to solve the identification problem. The software is developed by Python.

Ab initio Calculations of YAlO3 and ABO3 Perovskite (001), (011) and (111) Surfaces, Interfaces and Defects
R. Eglitis, A. Popov
We performed first-principles calculations for technologically most important ABO3 perovskites, such as, CaTiO3, SrTiO3, PbTiO3, BaTiO3, SrZrO3 and PbZrO3 (001), (011) and (111) surfaces, interfaces and bulk F-centers. For ABO3 perovskite neutral (001) surfaces, in most cases, all upper surface layer atoms relax inward, whereas the all second surface layer atoms relax outward, and again, all third surface layer atoms relax inward. The relaxation pattern for YAlO3 charged (001) surfaces is quite different from ABO3 perovskite neutral (001) surfaces. The ABO3 perovskite (001) surface energies are almost equal for both AO and BO2-terminations, and always considerably smaller than the (011) and especially (111) surface energies. Systematic trends in BaTiO3, SrTiO3, SrZrO3 and PbZrO3 bulk F-center calculations are analyzed.

Transformation of voids in crystallized (80GeS2-20Ga2S3)100-x(CsCl)x, x = 0; 5; 10; 15 chalcogenide glasses was studied by positron annihilation lifetime spectroscopy. The CsCl content in GeS2-Ga2S3 glassy matrix changed the defect-related component in positron lifetime spectra and confirmed the structural void agglomeration in comparison with the base glass. A larger amount of CsCl in (80GeS2-20Ga2S3)85(CsCl)15 glass resulted in void fragmentation due to loosening of the structure.

Anisotropy of the Absorption of the Photon Ionizing Radiation by YAlO3: Mn Dosimetric Detector
O. Buryy, S. Ubizskii, V. Chumak, O. Bakhanova
The dependence of the absorption of photon radiation on the spatial orientation of the YAlO3:Mn cube-shape dosimetric detector is investigated. It is shown that at high enough values of the edges length and/or the attenuation coefficient the relative difference of the doses absorbed at different spatial orientations can reach the value about 0.73. Taking into account the energy dependence of the attenuation coefficient of YAlO3:Mn, it is shown that the measurement error not higher than 5% can be ensured in the photon energy range above 0.4 MeV for the sensitive element of dimensions between 1 and 10 mm.

Formation of Nanostructures on the Surface of CdBr2 and PbI2 Crystals
I. Rovetskyi, I. Bolesta
By using atomic force microscopy, the surface morphology of CdBr2 and PbI2 crystals was investigated close to the thermodynamic equilibrium. Results of the performed studies indicate that three types of nanostructures are formed on the CdBr2 surface: triangle-shaped nanopores, nanoislands and nanowires. Principal morphological features, such as radius, height and average distance to nearest neighbor are analyzed. Time evolution of the nanostructures formation on CdBr2 surface shows that nanopores and nanoislands are formed during first 72 hours of aging in air. During next 72 hours nanowires are formed. No signatures confirming the formation of nanostructures on the PbI2 crystal surface were detected.

The Ag-doped Li2B4O7 and LiKB4O7 tetraborate glasses of high optical quality as well as Li2B4O7 glasses co-doped with rare earth (RE = Gd, Eu) and Ag were detailed studied by conventional electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) and optical spectroscopy. Possible types of the Ag and RE paramagnetic and luminescence centers, their electronic and local structure in the Ag-doped and RE-Ag co-doped borate glasses were proposed based on the published data. The EPR and optical (absorption, emission, and luminescence excitation) spectra as well as luminescence decay kinetics of the Ag+, Gd3+, Eu3+ centers in the Li2B4O7:Ag, LiKB4O7:Ag, Li2B4O7:Gd,Ag, and Li2B4O7:Eu,Ag glasses were detailed investigated and analyzed. Significant enhancement of the Gd3+ and Eu3+ luminescence intensity in the Li2B4O7:RE,Ag glasses is explained by excitation energy transfer from Ag+ ions and Ag metallic nanoparticles to the RE3+ centers.

In this article has been investigated the isothermal annealing of irradiated by the flow of electrons Ω=5×1015 el./cm2, with the energy of 10 MeV, of single crystals n-Ge. Coefficients of the magnetic sensitivity for irradiated single crystals n-Ge before and after annealing at different temperatures were also determined. The abnormal annealing at the temperature of 403 K has been revealed. Hall constant was being increased during this process and the maximal magnetic sensitivity was being achieved correspondingly. Such abnormal annealing can be used as a tool to create highly sensitive Hall sensors on the basis of the irradiated n-Ge

Transport Properties of La0.7Sr0.3MnO3/MgB2 Random Nanocomposites
V. Tarenkov, V. Krivoruchko, O. Boliasova
We have investigated electrical transport properties of random binary networks composed of superconducting MgB2 micro-particles and half-metallic ferromagnet La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 nano-particles. Unusually large value of the threshold for a percolation transition to a superconducting state of the nanocomposite has been detected for MgB2. We explain the observed behavior by significant geometric disparity between particles of the constituents and unconventional (triplet) superconducting state induced in the nanocomposite due to the proximity effect. The effect of high-frequency irradiation on a superconducting transition of the nanocomposite was investigated as well. The influence of a high-frequency signal on the critical current magnitude and superconducting transition of a nanocomposite is revealed. A nonthermal effect of an external electromagnetic irradiation on the nanocomposite characteristics has been found.
