Structure and Thermal Stability of NiFe2O4 Nanoparticles Functional Structures

The structure of monolayers of NiFe2O4 nanoparticles at their deposition by Langmuir-Blodgett methods and the method of dripping onto the substrate is shown. The high efficiency of obtaining homogeneous monolayers of nanoparticles is proved by using both methods. The effect of annealing on the structure and phase composition of the samples is shown.
